Candidate information

Privacy policy

This policy explains how SPLENDID A D S MARKETING CONSULTANCIES LLC handles information through this recruitment website and how you can contact us about your data.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you enter: your verified email, name, phone number, nationality, residence, preferred job country and role, work-permit answers, experience, skills, language ratings, salary details, LinkedIn profile, education, certifications and application answers. The form also requests a PDF CV and photo. Date of birth, marital status and driving-licence questions are optional; relevant follow-up questions appear when selected. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

We also process verification and session records, submission timestamps, application references and security information, including protected identifiers derived from email or network information to limit misuse. Avoid including passport numbers, medical information or unrelated personal information in your answers or uploads.

2. Why we use it

We use your email to verify access and your application to assess relevant experience, contact you about recruitment, check supplied qualifications and manage your application. We request consent for recruitment processing before submission. Future-opportunity consideration uses the separate talent-pool choice or consent shown in the form. Security, recordkeeping and legally required processing may also apply where permitted by applicable law.

Recruitment decisions are made by people. This form does not automatically score candidates or make hiring decisions. Optional family or driving information is not an automated eligibility filter.

3. Who can access it

Authorised HR reviewers at SPLENDID A D S MARKETING CONSULTANCIES LLC can review applications and private uploads. On submission, the application details are sent as a PDF attachment to nexus@splendidad.com. CVs and photos remain accessible through the protected HR portal. Our hosting, cloud-storage and email service providers, including Cloudflare and Microsoft 365, process information to operate the service.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights. Your application is not published on this website.

4. Countries and service providers

Your selected job country tells us where you want to work; it does not restrict where the website, email or storage services process information. Service providers or authorised recruitment operations may involve processing outside your country of residence. Contact us for information about a proposed transfer or the safeguards applicable to your application. Any transfer remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

5. Cookies and security

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in after email verification. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes and the candidate session lasts up to eight hours. The application uses access controls and private file storage. No system can guarantee absolute security; keep your verification codes private and sign out on shared devices.

This recruitment form does not use advertising cookies. Hosting services may process essential technical information to deliver and protect the site. Unsaved form entries are kept on the open page and may be lost if you leave or refresh.

6. How long information is kept

Application records and files are managed by HR for recruitment and, where you agree, relevant future opportunities. Retention and deletion are handled manually; the site currently has no automatic application-expiry schedule. Ask us about the retention period applicable to your application or request deletion. Records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Email attachments and any authorised copies are separate from the site record. A deletion request must be reviewed across the relevant systems; deleting a portal record alone does not remove every copy.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request information about processing, access or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent, including future-opportunity consent, without affecting processing already lawfully carried out. Withdrawing information needed for recruitment may prevent us from continuing your application.

Contact nexus@splendidad.com to make a request. We may reasonably verify your identity and will consider applicable legal requirements and response periods. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.

8. Updates and questions

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the form or our practices. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes affecting the use of your information will be addressed through appropriate notice or consent where required. For questions, use the HR contact below.
