An application, confirmation reference or talent-pool entry does not guarantee an interview, shortlisting, employment or a particular response time. It does not create an employment contract.
2. Your account and information
Use an email address you control and keep verification codes private. The verified address is attached to your application and cannot be edited within that application. Provide accurate, current information and submit only files and professional material you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate someone else or include confidential information belonging to a previous employer or another person without authorisation.
3. Vacancies and application requirements
Current-vacancy applications require a valid vacancy code and matching job country. The job must remain open and its details must match when the application is submitted. A role may be updated or closed; a verified code does not reserve a position. Follow the field and file-format requirements shown in the form.
Original supporting documents for education, certifications and other claimed qualifications will be required for verification during the hiring process. Any employment offer is subject to its own written terms and applicable employment, immigration and work-permit requirements.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, submit fraudulent or abusive material, attempt to access other applicants’ records, evade security controls, misuse verification messages or disrupt the service. Access may be limited when necessary to protect applicants and the website. If you encounter an error or a security issue, contact us without accessing or sharing anyone else’s information.
5. Documents and site materials
You retain rights in the documents and material you submit. We process them for the purposes described in the privacy policy and the choices you make. The company logo, website design and original site content belong to SPLENDID A D S MARKETING CONSULTANCIES LLC or their respective rights holders. You may use site material for your own application; other use requires the relevant permission unless allowed by law.
6. Availability and external links
We aim to keep the form available and accurate, but availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Draft entries may be lost when a page is closed or refreshed; retain your original documents and submission reference. If you receive an error after sending, check the displayed result or contact HR before creating a duplicate application.
